Our family business with heart and passion.
Our company was founded in 1938 as an engraving business by master engraver Karl Schmid. His son, Mr. Karl Peter Schmid, expanded the business to include mechanical processing, electroplating and printing and established it as a reliable and powerful partner for customers from the high-end sector, measuring technology, electronics, medical technology and mechanical engineering.
In 2017, the generation change was initiated and successfully completed. Mr. Karl Peter Schmid hands over the company, which now operates under the name "Schmid front panels aluminum processing Eloxaltechnik", to the new owner and managing director, Mr. Markus Zentner. Since then, we have continued to develop and establish our company as an innovative and capable supplier.
